Plant Care:

● Raspberries will keep spreading to fill the planted area; use edging, raised beds or deep-till to contain them ● Prefers even moisture; does not tolerate soggy soil ● Benefits from winter snow coverage and from mulching ● Benefits from heavy pruning every 3-5 years; cut down to ground level with a weed whacker/lawn mower ● Can be cut back to the ground every year at the beginning or end of the season, but will only produce fruit in fall not July
