Birch, "Young's Weeping"

Betula pendula 'Youngii'

Young's has white bark with a dome shaped head similar to weeping caragana but growing wider. Green leaves spring through summer turning yellow in the fall. Makes an excellent feature plant.

Caragana, "Walker Weeping" Tree Form

Caragana arborescens 'Walker'

Walker's fine leaves are like asparagus fern, and grow in a weeping formation. The branches will weep right down to the ground. Yellow flowers bloom in spring followed by small bean shaped seed pods that drop in late August. An excellent accent plant! Growth rate of 6 - 10" a year.

Cherry, "Tree Form" (Cupid, Juliet, and Romeo)

Prunus x kerassis 'Juliet' (Standard)

Juliet's 1" fruit is dark red, semi-sweet and great to eat fresh, baked, or canned. Glossy ornamental leaves sport white flowers in spring and yellow fall colour. This is a hardy plant that is also self-pollinating, more vigorous than Crimson Passion and has few suckers.

Flowering Crab, "Emerald Spire"

Malus x adstringens 'Jefgreen'

This columnar flowering crab's main attraction is it's pillar-like shape. It's relatively short and narrow structure means it fits into any small yard. The leaves are dark green-copper and disease-resistant, and the spring flowers are pink-purple. It produces 1" - 1.25" apples that fall with the leaves and these apples are edible but a little tart (great for a pink jelly). We recommend using it as a special feature or as a hardy privacy hedge between neighbours in a sunny, well-drained area.

Lilac, "Little Boy Blue" Tree Form

Syringa vulgaris 'Wonderblue' (Standard)

Lavender blue flowers bloom against dark green heart shaped leaves on the most compact of all the mini lilac trees.

Same as regular little leaf lilac but grafted onto a trunk. The small - medium sized shrub head on top creates a lovely dwarf feature tree.

Syringa x prestoniae 'Minuet' (Standard)

Exceptionally dark green large leaves are oval shaped. Tons of pink flowers bloom in June. The minuet shrub is grafted onto a trunk to make a miniature lollipop-shaped tree; an eye-catching feature plant!

Syringa patula 'Miss Kim' (Standard)

The Miss Kim shrub is grafted onto a trunk to make a miniature lollipop-shaped tree. Its blue-mauve flowers bloom early June. Oblong leathery leaves provide beautiful growing-season foliage, with burgundy fall colour.
